คุณสมบัติ

• A PhD in Structural Biology or Biochemistry, supported by an understanding of protein structure and biochemistry
• Expertise in biophysical or structural techniques, and protein expression, purification and characterisation
• Experience in integrative structural biology
• Excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills
• Creativity and a drive for excellence, as demonstrated by a credible history of publications

ทักษะพิเศษ

• Expertise in biophysical techniques for studying protein structure or molecular complexes, such as cryo-EM or x-ray crystallography
• Knowledge of RTKs and molecular mechanisms involved in cell signalling pathways

หน้าที่

Prepare and characterise protein complex samples
• Optimise cryo-EM data collection conditions
• Perform cryo-EM structure determination
• Integrate information from structural & biophysical studies to create structural models of regulatory and inhibitory mechanisms
• Present your results at scientific conferences and publish credible papers in peer reviewed journals
